  1. Certified Personal Counsellor – Completed Certificate course in Counseling involving ‘Intensive training course in counseling based on human psychotherapy’, Institute of Human Technology, Heart to heart counseling centre, Mumbai (2016).

  2. Advanced Ultrasound in Infertility and Gynaecology (including 3D USG), Training programme by Dr Nagori’s Institute for Infertility & IVF, Ahmedabad (2017).
  3. Trained in Laparoscopic Sterilization at the FPA India Reproductive Health & Family Planning Centre, Mumbai (2011).

  4. Trained in Obstetric & Gynaecological Ultrasonographies (USGs) and Fetal heart rate (FHR) monitoring at Nowrosjee Wadia Maternity Hospital (2010).

  5. Trained in No Scalpel Vasectomy technique at F/South ward office (2008).

SOCIAL ACTIVITIES

  • Actively participated in various MOGS & AMOGS health camps

  • These involved screening of women above 35 years for anaemia, hypertension, cervical and breast cancer, osteoporosis and health awareness.

  • There BMI, blood sugar, pap smear testing, breast examination was done.

  • Consultation and health awareness talk given.

  • Faculty at various MOGS outreach programmes.

RESEARCH EXPERIENCE

I have worked in the field of Research, as a Research Officer (Medical) & later Consultant, at the prestigious National Institute for Research in Reproductive Health (NIRRH), premier institute of Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR), on various projects in association with World Health Organization (WHO) and United Nations Population Fund  (UNFPA) for more than 2 years. During this period I have been exposed to the various aspects of research. I am well versed with the concepts of writing proposal for a study, developing tools for data collection, filed work, data analysis & scientific report writing.
